Add Service Level Agreement

Use this workflow to add metrics by which you and the client agree to fill job orders.

 

1)     Select SLA from the Add New menu in the workflows control panel.

 

2)     The Create Service Level Agreement workflow will open in a new window.

3)     Update the form with the new information; fields marked in red are required to complete the workflow.

4)     By clicking on the buttons to the right of certain fields, a new window will open, allowing you to search and select options related to that specific field, or choose a date.

5)      Click Confirm to complete workflow.

 

6)     Verify the SLA Created entry is posted to the journal of the client record.
