Update Client Interview

Use these instructions to update a client interview for a job order. The interview must be scheduled via the Interview Candidates workflow prior to using this workflow.

 

1)     Select an Interview from the Client Interviews segment and click the Update button below the list box to launch the workflow.

 

2)     The Update Client Interview workflow will open in a new window. While updating the form notice that fields marked in red are required to complete the workflow; and that by clicking on the buttons to the right of certain fields, a new window will open, allowing you to search and select options related to that specific field.

3)     Click Confirm to complete workflow.

 


 

4)     After the workflow is complete the Adapt screen will refresh to display the Client Interview segment; if changes were made to the Interview Status verify the change.

5)     Verify the Client Interview Updated entry and notes entered during the workflow post to the journal.
