Add Onboarding Without Form

This workflow will add an onboarding policy without an associated form.

 

If you would rather add an Onboarding Document with a Form, click one of the options below:

 

  1. Select the Onboarding page, select Add Classic Onboarding > Without Form

  2. The Add Onboarding Policy workflow opens in a new window.

  1. In the Item Name field, type the name of the onboarding policy. (REQUIRED)

  2. In the Display Name field, type the name as you would like to see it displayed by the system. (REQUIRED)

  3. The Item Type field is read-only and defaults to "Policy".

  4. In the Active field, use the Code Selection icon to select whether this policy should be active or not. The default is Y (Active).

  5. The Group field indicates the type of Onboarding policy (e.g. Hiring Forms, Tax Forms, Client Requirements). Use the Code Selection icon to select a Group. (OPTIONAL)

  6. The Hiring Requirement indicates how the absence of the requirement should impact the assignment/placement workflow. In other words, if the candidate does not meet the policy's requirement, what should happen to the placement? Use the Code Selection icon to select an outcome. (OPTIONAL)

  7. Once you are satisfied with the information entered, click Confirm to save the new policy. Click Add Next Form to complete the current workflow and open another workflow window to add an additional policy. Click Cancel to abort the workflow without saving the policy.
