The Assign Compass Onboarding Job Req option in the Submittal Process allows you to add the Job Order Compass Onboarding Requirements to the Candidate record. In other words, the Compass Requirements located in the Onboarding Requirements segment of the Job Order record will be added to the Onboarding segment of the Candidate record.
NOTE: The system does not check for duplicates on the Candidate record. Therefore, if the Job Order record has an Onboarding requirement that matches a requirement already assigned on the Candidate record, the requirement will still be added to the Candidate record.
On the Submittal Tracking segment, select the Candidate(s) to which you want to add the Job Order Compass Onboarding Requirements.
In the Assignment Activities list, select Assign Compass Onboarding Job Req.
A message displays alerting you that the process will assign the Job Requirements, listed in the Onboarding Requirements segment on the Job Order record, to the selected Candidate records.
Click Run.
After running this workflow, the Job Req Added and the Job Req Progress columns on the Submittal Tracking grid populate with the date this workflow was completed and the percentage of requirements completed by the Candidate.
