Reschedule a Client Interview

Use these instructions to reschedule a client interview for a job order. The interview must be scheduled via the Interview Candidates workflow prior to using this workflow.

 

1)     Select an Interview from the Client Interviews segment and click the Reschedule button below the list box to launch the workflow.

2)     The Reschedule Client Interview workflow will open in a new window. While updating the form notice that fields marked in red are required to complete the workflow; and that by clicking on the buttons to the right of certain fields, a new window will open, allowing you to search and select options related to that specific field, or choose a date.

3)     The Email Confirmation option will send emails to the Contact and Candidate on confirm of the workflow. Note: if the candidate is a supplier candidate the supplier contact will be copied on the email.

4)     Click Confirm to complete workflow.

 


5)     After the workflow is complete the Adapt screen will refresh to display the Client Interview segment. Verify the Interview Status and changes made during the workflow are updated.

6)     Verify the Client Interview Rescheduled entry and notes from the workflow post to the journal.
