My Availability

The candidate will use this segment to advise you on their work availability.

 

1)     Select My Availability from the workflow menu.

 

2)     The segment will refresh to display the Update Availability segment.

3)     Choose the Availability Status from the drop down menu.

4)     Select the Between From and to Dates by clicking on the date icon to the right of the field.

5)     Select the Between From and To Times by clicking on the drop down menus to the right of the field.

6)     Enter applicable Notes to describe the new availability status.

7)     Click Save, in the lower right corner of the screen, to confirm the new availability status.

 

8)     Once the update is saved to Adapt, a Confirmation Page will display and an email will be sent to the Recruiter.

9)     Click Return to go back to the previous page.
