The Adapt Indeed Integration is used to post job orders to the Indeed job board website.

If you are interested in integrating with Indeed, please contact your Bullhorn Account Manager.

Note: Before job orders can be posted to the Indeed website, File Transfer Settings and Entity XML Mapping needs to be set-up.

Create an Indeed Posting

• Indeed job postings are created from either the contract or direct job order’s job poster segment.
• Prior to posting the job, populate the following fields on the job’s job poster segment: Job Title, Job Description, Job Category, Job Type, and Worksite: City, State, Country and Post Code.
• To start the Indeed posting, click the Add button below the Job Feed Posting grid on the Job Poster segment. For more information, see Job Poster.
• If the user has the Indeed Sponsored group access the job posting can be flagged as sponsored on indeed’s website.
