Manage Branches

There is a one to one relationship between branch records and corporations or regions; but a multi relationship between the corporation(s) and region(s) record(s) and branches. In other words, a single branch can be associated with a single corporation and region. However, a single corporation or region can be associated with multiple branches. Manage Branches is the location to create and modify these relationships, update the physical and virtual address, and phone numbers. Permission for this component is granted via the manage branches permission under the general administration category; default with general and financial administration security profiles.

  1. Mouse over Administration on the main navigator and then select Administration..
  2. Select Manage Branches from the General Administration section of the segment to access the component.
  3. The Manage Branches segment is displayed.

    •  All branches in the system are located in a listbox.
    • Create a branch through the Add button below the listbox.
    • Remove a branch through the Delete button below the listbox.
    • Access the branch record through the code link.
    • Access the branch’s region through the region link.
