Direct Deposit Distribution Register

This report lists summary information about the direct deposits for a payroll process. This report is available to systems with an active back office license and users with the payroll report permission.

Note: This report filters both results and parameters based on the user's branch access.

  1. AccessReporting > Reporting & Analytics > System Reports > Payroll.
  2. Double-click on Direct Deposit Distribution Register to open the workflow view in a new window.
  3. While updating the form, fields marked in red are required to complete the workflow. Click on the buttons to the right of certain fields to open a new window which will allow you to search and select options related to that specific field or choose a date.
  4. The initial workflow window allows you to select the Format (Process ID, Employee or Check Date Range). Your selection of Format determines the contents of the second workflow window.

  5. If you select the Process ID format, the next screen prompts for the process ID. If you know the ID, you can type it in and click Confirm to get a report or Export to Excel to get a spreadsheet. You can also use the lookup icon to search for the process by corporation, submitted by and /or submitted from/to dates.

  6. If you select the Employee or Check Date Range format, the next screen prompts you for a corporation, bank account, check date from/to and Employee. Once this information has been entered, click Confirm to get a report or Export to Excel to get a spreadsheet.

  7. The header displays the reports title and selection criteria (for example, if you selected Process ID as the format, the header shows the selected Process ID.
