Retrieve from Adobe Sign

Retrieve from Adobe Sign allows you to retrieve documents/forms that have already been uploaded into Adobe Sign and bring those document keys over to Adapt.

To retrieve documents/forms already uploaded into Adobe Document Sign:

  1. From the Onboarding page, select Retrieve from Adobe Sign (Activities drop-list).
  2. After a few moments, the retrieved documents will display in the Onboarding list.

Keep in Mind

  • Only active documents are retrieved.
  • Only documents that do not duplicate a document already entered in Adapt are retrieved.
  • If an existing form has been deleted from Adobe Sign, the form's status will update to Inactive.
  • If there is an update to the Template Name on Adobe Sign, the new name will become the Display Name of the form in Adapt.
  • You must have an active Adobe Sign account.

The following defaults for Adobe Sign documents:

  • File Name – The Adobe Sign document name.
  • Display Name – The Adobe Sign document name.
  • Active – Y (Yes)
  • Input Date – Document Retrieval date.
  • By – User that retrieved the document.
  • Doc Origin – eSign
  • Doc Key – Document Key provided by Adobe Sign
  • Storage Location – Determined by the Integrations segment on System Settings.
