Print Labels

The print labels workflow will export address information for the selected records in a Microsoft Word document formatted for the Avery 5160 Template. In order to run the workflow the Ad Hoc Report Export security access must be active.

  1. Hover over Searching on the navigator and then select Saved Results.
  2. After selecting Saved Results, select a search that matches the corresponding Batch Activity category. For this workflow your search should be a Candidate Search.
  3. In the Activities drop-list, selectBatch Processes > Candidates > Print Labels.

    Note: You can also open the saved search, select individual records then run the workflow from the Batch menu inside the search.

  4. The Print Labels document control will open in a new window. Double click on the Word icon to open and print the labels. Click close when finished with the document.

    Note: If the document does not open the Ad Hoc Report Export security access may not be active.
