Print Labels
The print labels workflow will export address information for the selected records in a Microsoft Word document formatted for the Avery 5160 Template. In order to run the workflow the Ad Hoc Report Export security access must be active.
- Hover over Searching on the navigator and then select Saved Results.
- After selecting Saved Results, select a search that matches the corresponding Batch Activity category. For this workflow your search should be a Candidate Search.

In the Activities drop-list, selectBatch Processes > Candidates > Print Labels.
Note: You can also open the saved search, select individual records then run the workflow from the Batch menu inside the search.

The Print Labels document control will open in a new window. Double click on the Word icon to open and print the labels. Click close when finished with the document.
Note: If the document does not open the Ad Hoc Report Export security access may not be active.
