Maximus WOTC services along with the seamless integration with Bullhorn’s Adapt Onboarding Module creates an optimal experience for Customers and their Candidates and ensures all applicants’ eligibility is determined according to federal requirements, and in a timely and convenient manner.

I-9, E-Verify Integration

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) Form I-9 is used by employers to verify an employee’s identity and eligibility for employment in the United States. All U.S. employers must ensure proper completion of Form I-9 for each individual they hire for employment in the United States (both citizens and non-citizens).

An E-Verify check compares information from an employee’s form I-9 with data from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Social Security Administration and certain states’ Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) records to confirm employment eligibility.

Through Bullhorn’s partnership with Maximus, Adapt offers a completely integrated solution for these two critical components of the onboarding process. Using the power of Compass Onboarding, employees can complete section 1 of Form I-9 online. Once completed, selected staffing members receive a notification which can be followed up by completing section 2 of Form I-9, along with E-Verify services.

WOTC Integration

The Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) is a Federal tax credit available to employers for hiring individuals from certain target groups who have consistently faced significant barriers to employment. It is designed to help targeted workers move from economic dependency into self-sufficiency as they earn a steady income and become contributing taxpayers, while participating employers are able to reduce their income tax liability.

Through Bullhorn’s partnership with Maximus, Adapt offers a completely integrated solution for this component of the onboarding process. Using the power of Compass Onboarding, employees can complete the WOTC questionnaire and you are informed when the process is complete.
