How to Use OnLine Help

The Additional Info option allows you to view user defined fields (UDF) that have been set up in System Administration. There are two separate windows that house user defined fields: Additional Info.1 and Additional Info.2. You can access these windows via the category's Basic window (e.g. Employee Basic, Company Basic, etc.).

You interact with the fields on these windows just as you would any other window.
