Automatically Calculating Bill Rates

The system walks through the following procedure when calculating the bill rate for an assignment:

• If there is a value in the Regular Bill Markup Percent field for the order, use that value to calculate the bill rate.

if not...

• If there is a value in the Regular bill Markup Percent for the company component owning the order, use that value to calculate the bill rate.

if not...

• If there is a bill rate recalculation factor in the staffing service defaults, use that value to calculate the bill rate (NOTE: If the "Don't Auto Calculate" is selected, do not automatically calculate the bill rate).

if not...

• Use the value in the service line for the company component owning the order that corresponds to the select bill rate calculation factor in the staffing service defaults.
