Delete Staffing Service Branch allows you to completely remove a staffing service branch out of the StaffSuite system.
Note
A staffing service branch can only be deleted if there are no employees, companies, orders, assignments, or positions created for it. This allows you to delete a staffing service branch entered in error, but secures you from deleting data that could affect other parts of the system.
Deleting a Staffing Service Branch
To delete a staffing service branch, follow these steps:
Make sure that the Staffing Service Branch you want to delete is in currency.
Select Delete Staffing Service Branch from the Staffing Service Branch folder of the Navigator.
The following window displays:
Note: The name of the staffing service branch you are seeking to delete will display instead of "Jefferson".
Select Yes to delete the Staffing Service Branch. Click No to leave the Branch as is.
If you select Yes, a message will display confirming that the staffing service branch was deleted.
