Selecting the Sync TempBuddy option immediately brings over all updates from TempBuddy.

Typically, updates made to Employee, Client (Company) and Contact (Company Rep) records in TempBuddy are sent over to StaffSuite every 10 minutes. Job Orders and Assignments created in TempBuddy are pushed to StaffSuite every 12 hours by the Scheduler.

Updates made and saved in StaffSuite are sent to TempBuddy immediately.

Selecting the Sync TempBuddy option pushes all new and updated records from TempBuddy to StaffSuite immediately. This is helpful when you are about to process Timesheets, as it ensures that you have all the latest updates.
