Employee/Candidate Features

• The Candidate, after registering through the Web site, will be able to search for assignments that match their criteria and see a list of job opportunities. They may view a full description of any job opportunity that interests them and send a request to be considered for the assignment.

• Employees will be able to review their check summary and pay history details, including the gross pay, withholdings, deductions, and net pay.

• A Candidate or Employee is able to update their profile information, including their address, preferences, skills and general availability for jobs.

• The Candidate is able to submit a resume during registration and can provide updated resumes as often as needed.

• For staffing services with the SuccessCheck module, candidates can take assessments for attitude, personality and cognitive to help the staffing service make the best match of employees and assignments.

• For staffing services with the TimeKeeper module, StaffSuite job assignments are sent directly to TimeKeeper where the employee can enter their own timesheet, or the company rep can enter group timesheets in multiple formats to fit their company's preference. The company rep can then approve timesheets, include a performance evaluation of that employee, and have all the information sent back into StaffSuite where it is incorporated into all the employee, assignment and payroll records immediately.

Client/Company Representative Features

• An authorized Company Rep, once logged in, may add a new job opportunity. The Staffing Service Rep will be notified in real time of the new opportunity for follow-up.

• The Company Rep is able to view a list of their active job openings and see the status of each one as well as details and associated activities.

• The Company Rep is able to view a summary of invoices and details of any particular invoice.

• The Company Rep can perform a Performance Evaluation of the employee either from WorldLink, or directly from the TimeKeeper timesheet management system when approving the employee's timesheet. TimeKeeper is an add-on module that is purchased separately from StaffSuite.
