Additional Timesheets Grid |
The Additional Timesheets Grid displays when you click on the Add Timesheet window.
NOTE: If you have not entered an employee name, clicking List Timesheets opens a Timesheet Look Up window with the results displaying in the Timesheet grid.
The grid lists all Paid and Unpaid timesheets that have:
the same Work Period Ending Date as the timesheet transaction
the same corporation as the timesheet batch
AND the grid lists all unpaid timesheets that have the same corporation as the timesheet batch regardless of the Work Period Ending Date.
The following columns appear on the grid:
W/P Ending: Work period ending of the timesheet displayed
Assignment #: The assignment number associated with the timesheet
Pay Hours: The total hours paid on the timesheet
Payroll Status: Current payroll status of the timesheet (Paid or Unpaid)
Batch ID: The batch on which the timesheet appears
Ref #: The reference number of the timesheet
Entered by Rep: The staffing service rep that entered the timesheets
Date/Time: The date/time that the timesheet was entered
