How to Use OnLine Help

Education allows you to add, edit, or remove information about the company's/assignment's/position's desired education level of their employees.

Education is not an option in the Vendor category.

Adding/Editing Education Requirements

Upon selecting New or Edit, the New Education or Edit Education window displays.

NOTE: Only one of the following fields is required to add an education record (although you can add as many fields as you want). This allows you to designate that an employee should only have received a certain degree, no matter the school, subject, or GPA or that the employee should have studied a certain subject, regardless of the school, degree, and GPA.

  1. In the Degree field, select the degree that the company/assignment/position would like its employees to have received.

  2. In the Subject field, select the subject that the company/assignment/position would like its employees to have studied.

  3. In the School Name field, enter the name of the school that the company/assignment/position would like its employees to have attended.

  4. In the GPA field, enter the grade point average that the company/assignment/position would like its employees to have achieved.

NOTE: Subject and Degree are user-defined and can be changed by using StaffSuite's Edit List functionality.
