Personal allows you to add, edit, or remove information about the company's/assignment's/position's desired ability, appearance, attitude, communication level, and flexibility of its employees.
Personal is not an option in the Vendor category.
Personal
The Grid
The Personal grid contains the following information:
Category: The general category (Ability, Appearance, Attitude, Communication, Flexibility) of the personal characteristic.
Characteristic: The level or rating associated with the category (for example, Professional is a characteristic of Appearance)
Importance: The level of importance attached to the characteristic by the company/assignment/position (e.g., how important is it that an employee dress professionally?).
The Options
The following options are available from the grid:
New: Allows you to add a new personal characteristic to the grid.
Edit: Allows you to edit information about the selected personal characteristic.
Remove: Allows you to delete the selected personal characteristic from the grid.
Adding/Editing Personal Characteristics
Upon selecting New or Edit, the New Attribute or Edit Attribute window displays.
In the Category field, select personal characteristic that you want to add (note: this field is disabled when editing).
In the Characteristic field, select a level or rating for the category.
In the Importance field, select the level of importance attached to the characteristic by the company/assignment/position (e.g., is a non-professional appearance unacceptable?).
NOTE: Characteristic is user-defined and can be changed by using StaffSuite's Edit List functionality.
