Eligibility Award Look Up appears on both the Timesheet Edit/Add window and the Balance Forward Display window (as well as on the PayBill Ribbon). This screen leads you down the path to view awards for which the current employee (for whom you are entering a timesheet or balance forward) qualifies, and add one or more awards to the timesheet or balance forward, if desired.
From Timesheet Transaction:
Select Eligibility Award button on the Timesheet Edit (or Add) window.
The Eligibility Participation window opens with awards listed.
From Payroll Balance Forward:
Select Eligibility Award button on the Balance Forward Display window.
The Eligibility Participation window opens with awards listed.

An award appears if:
The program is associated to the timesheet/balance forward employee in currency AND
The timesheet is not flagged as Bill Only
Why are some rows dimmed and others rows are not?
This indicates that the award cannot be selected.
This is because the award triggers have not been met and you have selected not to allow awards earned from previous years OR the maximum awards per year has been exceeded OR the program is associated with a previous year. In addition, the logged-on rep does not have permission to override this setting.
Why do some of the items of the items have a gray background?
This indicates that the award would not normally be available, but can be overridden.
This is because the award triggers have not been met and you have selected not to allow awards earned from previous years OR the maximum awards per year has been exceeded OR the program is associated with a previous year. However, the logged-in rep does have permission to override this setting and therefore, can select these awards to appear on the timesheet/balance forward.
On the Eligibility Participation window, click the check box in the Select column to select/deselect awards to include on the timesheet/balance forward
A check in the box indicates that the award will be added to the timesheet/balance forward.
A blank box indicates that the award will not be added to the timesheet/balance forward.
and click the button.
NOTE: If you want to close the window without adding any awards to the timesheet/balance forward, click the button.
The awards are added to the Wage grid of the timesheet/balance forward.
To remove an award from a timesheet/balance forward, simply click on the award name in the Wage column of the Wage grid of the timesheet/balance forward and press your DELETE key.
