How to Use OnLine Help

List Eligibility Process ID displays (in grid format) a list of the last 100 eligibility option processes.

This list is for informational purposes only and is useful if you forget a process ID number.

The Eligibility Process ID Listing Grid

Information in the following columns should help you find the correct process:

  1. Process ID: The unique number identifying the eligibility process

  2. Corporation: The corporation (Federal tax ID) associated with the eligibility process

  3. Process Type: The options selected on the process window (Group Add or Recalculate)

  4. Process Date/Time: The date and time that the process was run

  5. SS Rep: The Staffing Service Rep that ran the process

  6. Completed: Indicates whether the process completed or not
