How to Use OnLine Help

The Payroll Tax Calculator is used to compute and display withholdings and deductions to reflect the net pay for an employee using "what if" scenarios.

Using the Payroll Tax Calculator

  1. There are three ways to access the Payroll Tax Calculator:

  2. Select Payroll Tax Calculator from the Payroll folder on the Employee Navigator

  3. Select Payroll Tax Calculator from the Taxes folder on the Assignment Navigator

  4. Display a timesheet in the Timesheet Add/Edit window and click

  1. If accessing it from Employee, information about the Employee in currency will default into the Payroll Tax Calculator. If accessing it from Assignment, information about the assignment will default. If accessing it from PayBill, information from the timesheet defaults into the Payroll Tax Calculator.

  2. Edit any of the fields.
