A service line is a business sector where employees are placed. For example, a staffing service may place medical, legal, and technical employees. Each of these has different types of margins, workers comp information, etc. Allowing you to set up a list of service lines gives you the freedom to add new profit measure screens for each sector in which employees are placed.
