Broadbean
Broadbean integration is used to import Candidates found on various job boards. In addition, a Broadbean search includes a search of your own Adapt database. This allows you to see if an employee already in your database fits the search criteria you entered.

Setting Up
In order to use Broadbean, the following areas must be set-up:
- Broadbean Integration Information in System Settings. This adds the necessary integration information to connect with Broadbean. Log into System Settings and access the Integrations segment. Scroll down to the Broadbean integration section. Enter a WebService URL, Ripple API Key, Ripple API Version, Internal Database Authentication and Potential Dup Candidate Resumes Path. Most of this information comes from Broadbean. The Potential Dup Candidate Resumes Path is where the resumes of potentially duplicate Candidates is stored. Bullhorn personnel will handle this step.
- Give Users Proper Security Permissions: Two permissions are needed within Adapt to use the Candidate Sourcing functionality. One, Manage Partner Integrations, allows access to the Administration functionality that allows you to set-up your Broadbean account, including User Name and Password. The second permission, Candidate Sourcing, allows users to search resumes from multiple job boards or public sites. For more information, see Manage Security Profiles.
- Broadbean Account Set-up in Administration. This sets up your Broadbean account information in Adapt. In Adapt, access Administration > Administration > Manage Partner Integrations. If the grid does not show a Broadbean account already, you can set one up by clicking the Add Accounts button. If you have a Broadbean account set up and want to see the users assigned to that account, select the Broadbean account in the grid and click View Users. If you want to add a user to the account, click Add Users. If you want to remove a user from the account, select Remove Users. For more information, see Manage Partner Integrations.

Broadbean Duplicate Resume Options in Administration. This tells Adapt what to do with potentially duplicate candidate records. In Adapt, access Administration > Administration > Manage System Settings. Click on the Integrations Settings segment. For more information, see Manage System Settings. There are two options:
- Auto Create Potential Duplicate Candidate: This option is off (False) by default. If this option is checked, Adapt will go ahead and create the Candidate even if the Candidate is a potential duplicate of an existing Candidate (email addresses match).
- Email Potential Dup Candidate Resumes: This option is on (True) by default. If this option is checked, Adapt will send an email notifying the receiver of any potentially duplicate candidate.

Broadbean Notifications. This allows you to set up email notifications that will be sent if specific events occur related to Broadbean integrations. In Adapt, access Administration > Administration > Manage Notifications. For more information, see Manage Notifications. There are two notifications specifically related to Broadbean:
- Potential Duplicate from Broadbean Search: This sends an email if the imported candidate from Broadbean is a potential duplicate.
- Auto Create Potential Duplicate Candidate from Broadbean: This sends an email when the system auto creates a potential duplicate Candidate from a Broadbean search.
Candidate Sourcing
The Candidate Sourcing option allows you to search for candidates on various job boards...as well as on your Adapt internal database. Candidates found can be added to your Adapt database and, if needed, the resume can be re-processed to gather more information about the Candidate.
