Delete Company Rep

Company/Rep Ribbon > Actions Group > delete (Company Rep)

Delete Company Rep allows you to completely remove a Company Rep from the StaffSuite system.

Note

A company rep can only be deleted if ALL of the following are true:

The company rep is not playing (and has never played) any role (ordering, attn to, confirm with) on any order.
The company rep is not playing (and has never played) any role (report to, work for) on any assignment.
The company rep is not playing (and has never played) any role (AP rep, Main Contact) in the Company.
The company rep is included on a Company Rep Saved List.
The only activity associated with the company rep is the company rep add.
The company rep is NOT linked to TempBuddy.

If any of the following are NOT true, then the rep will need to be inactivated, rather than deleted.

Deleting a Company Rep

To delete a company rep, follow these steps:

Make sure that the Company Rep you want to delete is in currency.
From the Company/Rep ribbon, click Delete (make sure you are selecting Delete from the Rep area and not the Company area).
The following window displays:

Note: The name of the company rep you are seeking to delete will display instead of "Paul 'Paul' Rogers".

Select Yes to delete the Company Rep. Click No to leave the company rep as is.
If you select Yes, a message will display confirming that the company rep was deleted.
