Looking Up a Company Rep

There are three options on the Quick Company Rep Look Up window:

• Finding all Company Reps

• Finding a specific Company Rep (or group of Company Reps)

• Cancelling without searching

Finding All Companies Reps

On the Quick Company Rep Look Up window, make sure that:

• First Name, Last Name, Nickname, Home Component, and Company Number are blank

and click the button.

The Company Reps Grid displays the results of your search.

Finding a Specific Company Rep

1. In the First Name field, enter the first name of the company rep. If you are not sure of the exact name, you can enter part of the name and the system will find any name starting with the letters you enter. For example, "jo" would find Joe, Joseph, etc. You can also leave the field blank if you are not looking for a specific first name.

2. In the Last Name field, enter the last name of the company rep. If you are not sure of the exact name, you can enter part of the name and the system will find any name starting with the letters you enter. For example, "jo" would find Johnson, Joseph, etc. You can also leave the field blank if you are not looking for a specific last name.

3. In the Nickname field, enter the nickname of the company rep. If you are not sure of the exact name, you can enter part of the name and the system will find any name starting with the letters you enter. For example, "jo" would find Joe, Joseph, etc. You can also leave the field blank if you are not looking for a specific nickname.

4. In the Home Component field, enter the name of the company component for which the company rep works. If you are not sure of the exact name, you can enter part of the name and the system will find any name starting with the letters you enter. For example, "ac" would find Acme, Acworth, etc. You can also leave the field blank if you are not looking for a specific company component.

5. In the Company Number field, enter the ID number of the company for which the company rep works. If you are not sure of the exact number, you can enter part of the number followed by an asterisk (*). The asterisk acts as a wildcard and will find any ID number starting with the numbers you enter. For example, "11*" would find 1123, 11875, etc. You can also leave the field blank if you are not looking for a specific ID number.

6. When you are satisfied with all your selections above, click the button.

7. The Company Reps Grid displays the results of your search.

Cancelling Without Searching

To close the Quick Company Rep Look Up window without searching for an Company Rep, click the button.
