Delete Corporations

System Administration > Corporation > Actions > delete Corporations

Delete Corporations allows you to completely remove a corporation out of the StaffSuite system.

Note

A corporation can only be deleted if it is not associated with any records (employee, company, order, assignment, or position). This allows you to delete a corporation entered in error, but secures you from deleting data that could affect other parts of the system.

Deleting a Corporation

To delete a corporation, follow these steps:

Make sure that the corporation you want to delete is in currency.
Select Delete Corporations from the Corporation folder of the Navigator.
The following window displays:

Note: The name of the corporation you are seeking to delete will display instead of "Acme Corporation".

Select Yes to delete the corporation. Click No to leave the corporation as is.
If you select Yes, a message will display confirming that the corporation was deleted.
