Delete Staffing Service Representative allows you to completely remove a staffing service rep out of the StaffSuite system.
Note
A staffing service rep can only be deleted if there are no companies, orders, assignments, positions, employees, activities, WorldLink defaults or any other information from Operations, PayBill or System Administration associated with the rep. This allows you to delete a staffing service rep entered in error, but secures you from deleting data that could affect other parts of the system.
Deleting a Staffing Service Representative
To delete a staffing service representative, follow these steps:
Make sure that the Staffing Service Representative you want to delete is in currency.
Select Delete Staffing Service Representative from the Staffing Service Representative folder of the Navigator.
The following window displays:
Note: The name of the staffing service representative you are seeking to delete will display instead of "John 'John' Public".
Select Yes to delete the Staffing Service Rep. Click No to leave the representative as is.
If you select Yes, a message will display confirming that the staffing service rep was deleted.
