Looking Up a Staffing Service Rep

There are three options on the Staffing Service Branch Look Up window:

• Finding all Staffing Service Reps

• Finding a specific Staffing Service Rep (or group of Staffing Service Reps)

• Cancelling without searching

Finding All Staffing Service Reps

On the Quick Staffing Service Rep Look Up window, make sure that:

• Staffing Service and Home Branch is set to <all>

• First name, Last Name, and Nickname are blank

and click the button.

The Staffing Service Rep Grid displays the results of your search.

Finding a Specific Staffing Service Rep

1. In the First Name field, enter the first name of the rep for which you are looking. If you are not sure of the exact name, you can enter part of the name followed by an asterisk (*). The asterisk acts as a wildcard and will find any first name starting with the letters you enter. For example, "wi*" would find william, wilma, etc. You can also leave the field blank if you are not looking for a specific first name.

2. In the Last Name field, enter the last name of the rep for which you are looking. If you are not sure of the exact name, you can enter part of the name followed by an asterisk (*). The asterisk acts as a wildcard and will find any last name starting with the letters you enter. For example, "sm*" would find smith, smart, etc. You can also leave the field blank if you are not looking for a specific last name.

3. In the NickName field, enter the nickname of the rep for which you are looking. If you are not sure of the exact name, you can enter part of the name followed by an asterisk (*). The asterisk acts as a wildcard and will find any nickname starting with the letters you enter. For example, "ch*" would find charlie, chris, etc. You can also leave the field blank if you are not looking for a specific nickname.

4. In the Staffing Service field, use to select the staffing service component associated with this rep. If you are not looking for a specific component, select <all>.

5. In the Home Branch field, use to select the home staffing service branch of the rep for which you are looking. If you are not looking for a specific branch, select <all>. NOTE: This search will NOT find a branch that the rep has access to, but it not his/her home branch.

6. When you are satisfied with all your selections above, click the button.

7. The Staffing Service Rep Grid displays the results of your search.

Cancelling Without Searching

To close the Quick Staffing Service Rep Look Up window without searching for a Staffing Service Rep, click the button.
