Remove Template allows you to delete an existing title/template.

A template can only be deleted if:

• it was entered by a user (system defined templates cannot be deleted)

• it is not flagged as active

• it is not being used by an active staffing service rep

Removing a Template

1. In the Valid Titles grid, select the title you want to delete (remember, it must have a "U" in the Type field, must not have a check in the Active checkbox, and must not be currently used by an active staffing service rep).

2. Click Remove.

3. The system will ask if you are sure you want to remove the title. Click Yes.

4. In order to complete the removal, click the OK button on the Title Security window.
