Multiple Branch Access allows you to set up reciprocal access across branches. In other words, it allows you to set up branches that can access information about each other.
NOTE: Keep in mind that once branch access has been set up, every rep added to the branch will automatically get access to all branches his/her home branch can access. In other words, if Branch A can access Branch B, then any rep added to Branch A will automatically be given access to Branch B. Therefore, unless the majority of your reps will have the same access rights as the branch, it is often easier to simply specify access on a rep by rep basis.

Setting Up Multiple Branch Access
In the Staffing Service field, use to select the staffing service that owns the branches with which you want to create shared access.
The branches associated with the selected staffing service display in the Valid Branches window. Select the branches you want to set up for shared access.
To select several branches in a row, click the first branch and shift-click (hold down the shift key while you press the mouse button) the last branch. This selects all branches between the first and last branch clicked.
To select several branches (not in a row), ctrl-click (hold down the Ctrl key while you press the mouse button) each branch. The ctrl-click selects a branch without de-selecting already selected branches.
When you have selected the branches for shared access, click . If you want to share access among all branches, click .
All of the selected branches move to the Share With Each Other window. These branches will have reciprocal access with each other. Check the list to make sure the branches are correct.
If the list is incorrect, select the branch(es) to move back and click the left arrow button.
If all branches are correct, click Apply. The branches return to the Valid Branches window. However, you will see that the shared branches are differentiated from other branches by a bold font. This indicates that the branch has shared access with another branch and may not be shared with a different set of branches.
NOTE: You can set up reciprocal access across staffing services by selecting a staffing service, clicking on the branches you want to create access for, clicking , selecting a new staffing service, and repeating the process. Once all branches have been selected, click Apply or OK.
