Lock Down Rates

Publicly held staffing companies need the ability to control assignment and bill rate changes within their system to be Sarbanes-Oxley compliant. To accomplish this in StaffSuite, a Staffing Service Rep is designated as a National Account Manager, and a company is given a National Account Number in the Company Billing screen. When an assignment is being filled for a company which is designated as a national account, only a rep who is designated as a national account manager is allowed to change the Pay Rate or Bill Rate.
