NOTE: The Staff Instruction window for Direct-Hire orders is shown. The tabs for a Temporary order are: Order, Assignment, Fill, and Timesheet. Also, if you are accessing this window from Assignment and/or Position, some of the tabs are non-editable. For example, you can not edit Order staff instructions from Assignment.

To add or edit instructions, simply click on the tab containing the step in the ordering process for which you want to add/edit instructions. Once the tab is selected, type your instructions in the box.

The instructions will display whenever you are taking the associated step in the ordering process. For example, instructions entered under the Place tab will display when you are placing a position.
