Finding a Specific Vendor

  1. In the Vendor Name field, enter the name of the vendor component. If you are not sure of the exact name, you can enter part of the name and the system will find any name starting with the letters you enter. For example, "ac" would find Acme, Acworth, etc. You can also leave the field blank if you are not looking for a specific parent name. NOTE: This looks for a match with either the Alias OR the name of the vendor.

  2. In the Level field, use to select the level (division or parent) of the vendor component for which you are looking. If you are not looking for a specific level, select <All>.

  3. In the Status field, use to select the current status (Active, Inactive or None) of the vendor for which you are looking. If you are not looking for a specific status, select <All>.

  4. In the TIN field, enter the tax identification number of the vendor for which you are looking. If you are not sure of the exact number, you can enter part of the number and the system will find any TIN starting with the numbers you enter. For example, "345" would find any TIN starting with the numbers "345". If you are not looking for a specific TIN, leave the field blank.

  5. In the Branch Servicing field, use to select the staffing service branch servicing the vendor for which you are looking. Depending on how the Staffing Service Rep was set up in System Administration, this will either default to the Home Branch of the Staffing Service Rep or it will default to <All>. If you are not looking for a specific branch, select <All>.

  6. In the Vendor ID field, enter the ID number of the vendor for which you are looking. If you are not sure of the exact number, you can enter part of the number and the system will find any ID number starting with the numbers you enter.
