How to Use OnLine Help

Staffing Service Defaults is where you find various settings that will default whenever an employee, company, assignment, or position associated with this staffing service is added to the system. In other words, these settings contain information about the way you normally do business.

Staffing Service Defaults can be set for the staffing service component, whether it is a parent, division, or region.

Editing Staffing Service Defaults

NOTE: There are standard defaults for any staffing service added. Therefore, changes made to the System Defaults of your Parent Staffing Service will not default when you add a division/region staffing service nor will it change the System Defaults for any existing division/region staffing service.

  1. Make sure the System Defaults for the Staffing Service you want to edit is displayed.

  2. Select the field you want to edit.

  3. Make your changes.

  4. Click the Save button on the toolbar.
