Timesheets are used for temporary assignments.

Position Billing is used for full-time (direct hire) placements.

The following information is required when you add a position billing:

• Position Number

• Employee Social Security Number

• Employee Name

• Employee ID

• A valid paybill code

• Full Fee

• Net Fee

• Sales Date

The Position status must be Placed or Fall Off. In addition, the Position corporation must be the same as the current batch's corporation.

A position billing entered through the position billing screen can be edited only if the position billing is not posted.

A position billing can be deleted if ALL of the following are true:

• The Position Billing posting status is Unposted

• The Position Billing has not been billed

• The Batch Status associated to the Position Billing is not In Use by another user
