Location allows you to add, edit, or remove information about the preferred location of the company and/or the preferred relocation area.
Location
The Grid
The Location grid contains the following information:
Location: Area where the company is located.
Importance: The level of importance that the company places on hiring an employee who will work at this location.
The Options
The following options are available from the grid:
New: Allows you to add a new location to the grid.
Edit: Allows you to edit information about the selected location.
Remove: Allows you to delete the selected location from the grid.
Adding/Editing Location
Upon selecting New or Edit, the New Location or Edit Location window displays.
If you are adding a location, select the location from the Location List by clicking on it. If you are editing a location, this field is inactive.
Select the level of importance that the company places on hiring an employee who will work at this location by clicking on it in the Importance field.
NOTE: Location is user-defined and can be changed by using StaffSuite's Edit List functionality.
Relocation
The Grid
The Relocation grid contains the following information:
Location: Other areas where the company is located (and where the employee might be relocated).
Importance: The level of importance that the company places on hiring an employee who is willing to be relocated to this location.
The Options
The following options are available from the grid:
New: Allows you to add a new location to the grid.
Edit: Allows you to edit information about the selected location.
Remove: Allows you to delete the selected location from the grid.
Adding/Editing Location
Upon selecting New or Edit, the New Location or Edit Location window displays.
If you are adding a location, select the location from the Location List by clicking on it. If you are editing a location, this field is inactive.
Select the level of importance that the company places on hiring an employee who is willing to be relocated to this location by clicking on it in the Importance field.
