Transportation allows you to add, edit, or remove information about the types of transportation that can be used to get to the company.

The Grid

The Transportation grid contains the following information:

• Method: A method of transportation.

• Importance: The level of importance that the company places on hiring an employee who has this method of transportation.

The Options

The following options are available from the grid:

• New: Allows you to add a new transportation method to the grid.

• Edit: Allows you to edit information about the selected transportation method.

• Remove: Allows you to delete the selected transportation method from the grid.

Adding/Editing Transportation

Upon selecting New or Edit, the New Transportation or Edit Transportation window displays.

1. If you are adding a transportation method, select the method from the Method List by clicking on it. If you are editing a transportation method, this field is inactive.

2. Select the level of importance that the company places on hiring an employee who has this method of transportation by clicking on it in the Importance field.

NOTE: Transportation is user-defined and can be changed by using StaffSuite's Edit List functionality.
