Company Pref - Work Environment |
Work Environment allows you to add, edit, or remove information about the company's size, dress code, and smoking policy.
Organization Size
The Grid
The Organization grid contains the following information:
Size: Number of employees at the company.
Importance: The level of importance that the company places on the employee's willingness to work for a company of this size.
The Options
The following options are available from the grid:
New: Allows you to add a new organization size to the grid.
Edit: Allows you to edit information about the selected organization size.
Remove: Allows you to delete the selected organization size from the grid.
Adding/Editing Organization Size
Upon selecting New or Edit, the New Organization Size or Edit Organization Size window displays.
If you are adding an organization size, select the size from the Size List by clicking on it. If you are editing an organization size, this field is inactive.
Select the level of importance that the company places on the employee's willingness to work for a company of this size by clicking on it in the Importance field.
NOTE: Organization Size is user-defined and can be changed by using StaffSuite's Edit List functionality.
Dress Code
The Grid
The Dress Code grid contains the following information:
Dress: Dress Code at the company.
Importance: The level of importance that the company places on the employee's willingness to work for a company with this dress code.
The Options
The following options are available from the grid:
New: Allows you to add a new dress code to the grid.
Edit: Allows you to edit information about the selected dress code.
Remove: Allows you to delete the selected dress code from the grid.
Adding/Editing Dress Code
Upon selecting New or Edit, the New Dress Code or Edit Dress Code window displays.
If you are adding a dress code, select the code from the Dress List by clicking on it. If you are editing a dress code, this field is inactive.
Select the level of importance that the company places on the employee's willingness to work for a company with this dress code by clicking on it in the Importance field.
NOTE: Dress Code is user-defined and can be changed by using StaffSuite's Edit List functionality.
Smoking
The Grid
The Smoking grid contains the following information:
Type: Smoking policy at the company.
Importance: The level of importance that the company places on the employee's willingness to work for a company with this smoking policy.
The Options
The following options are available from the grid:
New: Allows you to add a new smoking policy to the grid.
Edit: Allows you to edit information about the selected smoking policy.
Remove: Allows you to delete the selected smoking policy from the grid.
Adding/Editing Smoking Policy
Upon selecting New or Edit, the New Smoking or Edit Smoking window displays.
If you are adding a smoking policy, select the policy from the Type List by clicking on it. If you are editing a smoking policy, this field is inactive.
Select the level of importance that the company places on the employee's willingness to work for a company with this smoking policy by clicking on it in the Importance field.
