The Company Reps Grid displays any search results involving company reps, either from the Quick Look Up, or from a search. Selecting an entry on the grid brings that record into currency.

The Company for which the Company Rep works. |

Branch Servicing |
Indicates the Staffing Service Branch servicing the Company Rep. |

|
|
|
Last Action |
The Last Action taken on the Company Rep's record. |
|
|
|
|
Last Contact |
The date that the Company Rep was last contacted (or last made contact with you). |

|
|
|
Inactive |
A check indicates that the company rep is inactive (and will not show up on any company rep drop lists). An empty box indicates the company rep is active. You can change this setting on the Company Rep Basic window. |

TempBuddy |
Indicates whether the Company Rep is linked with TempBuddy. If the column has an "X", the Company Rep is linked with TempBuddy. If the column is blank, the Company Rep is not currently linked with TempBuddy. |
