Delete Report Group allows you to completely remove a report group out of the StaffSuite system.

Note

A report group can only be deleted if it is not in use by another user AND is the name is not "StaffSuite".

Deleting a Report Group

To delete a report group, follow these steps:

  1. Make sure that the report group you want to delete is in currency.

  2. Select Delete Report Group from the Report Management folder of the Navigator.

  3. The following window displays:

Note: The name of the report group you are seeking to delete will display instead of "Acme Report Group".

  1. Select Yes to delete the report group. Click No to leave the report group as is.

  2. If you select Yes, a message will display confirming that the report group was deleted.
