There are three options on the Report Group Look Up window:
On the Quick Report Group Look Up window, make sure that:
Corporation, Process, and Status is set to <all>
Report Group is blank
and click the button.
The Report Group Grid displays the results of your search.
In the Corporation field, use to select the corporation to which the report group you are searching for was added. If you are not looking for a specific corporation, select <all>.
In the Process field, use to select the PayBill process to which the report group applies. Options are: Timesheet Billing Process, Position Billing Process, Timesheet Sales Adjustment Process, and Position Sales Adjustment Process. If you are not looking for a specific process, select <all>.
In the Report Group field, enter the name of the report group for which you are looking. If you are not sure of the exact name, you can enter part of the name followed by an asterisk (*). The asterisk acts as a wildcard and will find any report group name starting with the letters you enter. For example, "EO*" would find EOW Invoice Process, EOM Invoice Process, etc. You can also leave the field blank if you are not looking for a specific report group name.
In the Status field, use to select the current status of the report group for which you are searching. Options are Active and Inactive. If you are not looking for a specific status, select <all>.
When you are satisfied with all your selections above, click the button.
The Report Group Grid displays the results of your search.
To close the Report Group Look Up window without searching for a Report Group, click the button.
