The Eligibility Grid displays any search results involving eligibility, either from the Quick Look Up, or from a search. Selecting an entry on the grid brings that record into currency.

Employee Name |
Name of employee who is participating in the program. |

SSN |
Social Security Number of the employee who is participating in the program. |

|
Default PayBill Code |
The PayBill code associated to the program and used to payout the incentive the employee has earned. |

|
|
Unused Incentive |
The amount of incentive the employee has available for use based on the number of hours they have earned minus the number of hours they have used. |
|
|
|
|
Payout Rate |
Rate at which the eligibility is paid out to the employee. |
|
|
|
|
Program Name |
The corporation unique name given to an eligibility program. |
|
|
|
|
Temp Status |
Current temporary status of the employee participating in the eligibility program. |
|
|
|
|
Date Last Updated |
The date the selected program was last modified, either through adding a program, doing a manual adjustment, performing a recalculation, or posting a timesheet/void check/balance forward. |

|
Corporation |
Corporation associated with this eligibility program. |
