How to Use OnLine Help

List Activity Workflow allows you to add, edit, and delete activity workflows.

Displaying Workflows in the Grid

  1. By default, the grid displays all of the workflows you have set up. As with any StaffSuite grid, you can always right-click on a column to change the way the column is sorted.

  2. In the Display Category of field, use to filter the grid by the various categories (Employee, Company, Timesheet Transactions, etc.) that make up StaffSuite. Once you select a category, the grid shows only those workflows associated with the chosen category.

Adding a Workflow

  1. Click .

  2. The Activity Workflow Builder displays.

Editing a Workflow

  1. Select the workflow that you want to edit (by clicking on its row in the grid).

  2. Click .

  3. The Edit Activity Workflow Builder displays.

  4. Click here for more information on the Activity Workflow Builder.

Removing a Workflow

  1. Select the workflow that you want to delete (by clicking on its row in the grid).

  2. Click .

  3. The workflow is deleted.
