How to Use OnLine Help

PayBill Codes control the way you allocate money to an employee's paycheck for assignments or the way you account for costs and revenue generated from direct-hire placements.

In most cases, a PayBill Code represents anything that adjusts an employee's paycheck (usually increasing it). However, PayBill Codes can be used in the billing process (and sometimes only in the billing process) to adjust the billed amount.

Entering a code here allows you to select it when doing timesheets, balance forwards, etc., in the PayBill division of StaffSuite.
