List Vendor Reps allows you to quickly view all vendor reps associated with the vendor. In addition, you can add reps to the list, edit reps currently on the list, or remove reps from the list. Finally, you can change the "Main" vendor rep using this option.

List Vendor Reps

This grid lists all vendor reps associated with the current vendor. You have three options:

• Add Rep: Clicking this button causes the Add Vendor Rep wizard to run allowing you to add a vendor rep.

• Edit Rep: This button only becomes active after you have selected a vendor rep from the grid. Clicking this button opens the Vendor Rep Basic window allowing you to edit vendor rep information.

• Delete Rep: This button only becomes active when you have selected a web page from the grid. Likewise, it only becomes active if the rep you have selected is not the main rep (bolded in blue on the grid). Clicking the Delete Rep button removes the currently selected vendor rep from the list.

To change the main vendor rep, select the vendor rep that you want to be the main vendor rep and click the OK button. That rep will appear bolded in blue on the grid.
