How to Use OnLine Help

Basic Information allows you to view and edit information about your workers compensation codes. From the Workers Compensation Information window, you can add new rate information, edit existing rate information, or remove rate information.

Selecting a Workers Compensation Code to View

  1. The Workers Compensation Information window defaults to the code selected from the Workers Comp Grid.

  2. If you want to look at a different workers compensation code, use in the Workers Comp Code and Description field to select the code and description you want to view.

Adding Rate Information

  1. Make sure the code for which you want to add rate information is listed in the Workers Comp Code and Description  field.

  2. Click

  3. The New Workers Compensation Information window displays. Click here for more information on adding rate information.

Editing Rate Information

  1. Make sure the code for which you want to edit rate information is listed in the Workers Comp Code and Description  field.

  2. Select the rate information you want to edit by highlighting its row (by clicking on it) in the Rate Information grid.

  3. Click

  4. The Edit Workers Compensation Information window displays. Click here for more information on editing rate information.

Removing Rate Information

  1. Make sure the code for which you want to remove rate information is listed in the Workers Comp Code and Description  field.

  2. Select the rate information you want to remove by highlighting its row (by clicking on it) in the Rate Information grid.

  3. Click

  4. NOTE: The system only allows removal of rate information IF the corporation/state/branch combination has not been associated with any timesheet in the system.

  5. The system responds with a message asking you if you are sure you want to remove the information.

  6. Click Yes.
