Adding/Editing Logon Information

  1. In the User ID field, add/edit the ID the rep will use to log onto StaffSuite (4-40 characters).

  2. In the Password field, add/edit the password the rep will use to log onto StaffSuite (4-8 characters).

  3. In the Confirm Password field, retype the password (if you changed it) to ensure you did not accidentally mistype it.

NOTE: The Password and Confirm Password  fields appear as dots (or blocks) instead of numbers. This prevents someone from learning another user's password by looking at the screen.

Adding Access/Title Security to a Branch

  1. Click .

  2. The New Branch Permission window displays.

  3. In the Branch field, use to select the Branch for which you want to give security permission.

  4. In the Title field, use to select the security title the rep will use in the Branch. The large box below will show the security defaults for the Title.

  5. When you are satisfied with your selections, click OK.

Remove Access to a Branch

  1. Select the branch from the grid for which you want to remove access.

  2. Click .

Edit Title Security to a Branch

  1. Select the branch from the grid for which you want to edit title security.

  2. The Edit Branch Permission window displays.

  3. In the Title field, use to select the security title the rep will use in the Branch. The large box below will show the security defaults for the Title.

  4. When you are satisfied with your selections, click OK.
