Corporation |
Use to select the corporation (Federal tax ID) associated with this direct deposit process. This defaults to the corporation of the home branch of the user running the direct deposit process, but can be changed. |

Bank Account |
Use to select the bank account from which these direct deposit advices will be paid. This default's to the corporation's default bank account, but can be changed. |

First Advice # |
Enter the first advise number used for this direct deposit process. StaffSuite performs a quick diagnostic to check if the number entered has already been used. If so, a warning message is displayed. Enter a different number in the field to proceed. |

Advice Date |
Use to select the calendar date of the advices being processed. This date prints on the advices. This defaults to the current date, but can be changed. Click here for more information on using StaffSuite's calendar. |

Optional Processing Criteria |
The grid shows all optional processing criteria selected for this direct deposit process. Optional processing criteria allows you to further group the way the system processes direct deposits. For example, you can process only a specific batch ID or bill group or service line. You have the following options on the Direct Deposit Processing window:

Process ID |
Unique number identifying the direct deposit process. StaffSuite automatically assigns a processing ID once processing begins. This allows you to identify the process in the system through the updating procedure. |

Click this button to begin the direct deposit process based on the criteria entered. |
